Excavation Services
Digging for footings, basements, ponds, utility runs, and building pads, with spoil either reused on site or hauled off. Depth, slope, and shoring are planned around the soil we actually find, not the soil we hoped for.

Site Preparation & Grading
Rough and finish grading that sets the elevations a build needs and points runoff somewhere useful. Cut, fill, compaction, and surface shaping happen together so the finished ground drains away from structures instead of toward them.

Dirt Work & Earthmoving
Bulk cut and fill, stockpiling, backfill, and hauling for properties that need thousands of yards relocated. Balancing material on site keeps truck counts down, and anything unsuitable leaves before it ends up under something structural.

Land Clearing
Brush, sagebrush, stumps, old fence line, and volunteer trees removed so equipment can reach the work area. Debris is separated, hauled, or piled where you want it, and the cleared ground is left workable.

Foundation Excavation
Building pads, footing trenches, basement and crawlspace digs cut to the elevations on your plan set. Unsuitable material comes out, engineered base goes in, and the subgrade is compacted before any concrete is scheduled.

Demolition & Site Cleanup
Old sheds, slabs, barns, mobile homes, and abandoned foundations taken down and hauled out. Materials are sorted where it saves you disposal cost, and the footprint is backfilled and graded rather than left as a hole.

Utility Trenching & Hookups
Trenching for water, sewer, power, gas sleeves, and irrigation mains, cut to the depth and separation each utility requires. Locates come first, bedding goes under the pipe, and backfill is compacted so the run never settles.

Water & Sewer Lines
New service lines, replacements, and city main tie-ins for homes and commercial buildings. Grades on a gravity sewer are held tight, water lines go below frost, and the connection is left ready for inspection.

Power & Electrical Trenching
Trenches and conduit runs for service laterals, shop feeds, well pumps, pivots, and yard lighting. Depth, sand bedding, warning tape, and separation from wet utilities are set to what the utility and your electrician require.

Septic Services
Tank and drain field installation, replacement, and repair built to the design your site evaluation supports. Setbacks, reserve area, and Grant County Health District requirements shape the layout before the first trench opens.

Drainage
French drains, curtain drains, catch basins, dry wells, culverts, and regrading for the low corner that never dries out. Water is given a route and a destination instead of a place to sit against a foundation.

Gravel Driveways
New driveways, approaches, and parking areas built base up, and repair for surfaces rutting because the problem sits under the rock. Crown, base depth, and edge drainage decide whether gravel stays where you put it.

Material Delivery
Gravel, road mix, drain rock, sand, fill dirt, topsoil, and bark delivered by the yard, with quantities figured from your area and depth. Available as its own job, no excavation work required.

Retaining Walls & Hardscaping
Block, boulder, and timber walls that hold a grade change, along with patios, steps, borders, and gravel areas that finish the space. Base preparation and wall drainage matter more than the face you see.
